I had an incredible stay in the Queen Room, where the bed was blissfully comfortable and offered a perfect night's sleep. The views were stunning both day and night, making my morning coffee feel like a special treat. Plus, the friendly staff were so quick and efficient during check-in, making me feel right at home immediately.

Talk about tasty finds like the Korean BBQ Buffet just a hop away (0.0 km) and glorious curries from Shochiku Japanese Restaurant (0.2 km). My room had a great view of the Sky Tower and the reception was quick to sort things out for my stay.

The breakfast included was a pleasant surprise.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the lack of warmth from the staff and received minimal information about hotel amenities. The cleanliness in the bathroom was quite poor, with noticeable mold in the shower area and a lingering unpleasant smell. Additionally, the room felt quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is right in the action, which was perfect for us. We visited the nearby zoo, and it was an awesome experience seeing all the animals. The staff was super friendly, and we found plenty of cool places to eat. Make sure to check out the Bestie cafe up the road for some great breakfast!
However, the noise from the air conditioning was pretty bothersome. It kept us up a bit at night, so if you're sensitive to sound, I'd recommend asking for a room on a lower floor.

The front desk staff were accommodating and polite, providing a space heater promptly when my room's heat pump wasn't functioning. However, the room fell short of expectations, being significantly smaller than advertised and lacking basic cleanliness, including noticeable black mold on the windows. Despite raising concerns, staff did not offer a solution or upgrade.

Convenient Location but Needs Improvement
The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to Queen Street. However, the room felt cramped, and the shower had low pressure. The breakfast options were disappointing. I recommend checking nearby cafes for better breakfast choices instead.
